Training
Teams train for one hour per week. All players are expected to attend.
While the Kensington Community Aquatic Recreation Centre is being rebuilt into a state-of-the-art facility, teams mostly train at North Melbourne Recreation Centre, with some at Melbourne Sports Centres Parkville and Holy Rosary Primary School (Kensington).

Games
Most teams play matches indoors at Melbourne Sports Centres Parkville (previously known as the State Netball Hockey Centre). The 17 & Under competition plays at Riverside Courts (Ascot Vale).
