We follow:

1. KFJSC Rules & Policies, which cover all five sports in the association.
2. Parkville Netball Codes of Behaviour, which describe appropriate conduct in competition matches for players, spectators, coaches, and officials.
3. Child Safety policies, aimed at ensuring our club provides a safe space for kids to learn and play netball.

Refund Policy

KJNC does not usually issue refunds for change of mind, as in most cases we could have filled each place with someone else in the pre-season, and late withdrawals are challenging to manage. However, we will credit or refund for the remainder of the season when a child withdraws with at least 6 games remaining due to injury, given a medical statement. These credits/refunds are calculated from the date we receive the request — not retrospectively at the end of the season — so please contact the club as soon as possible.

We also consider special requests for financial assistance on a case-by-case basis.
