Kensington Junior Netball Club

We’re a positive, inclusive community for kids aged 6 to 17 of all genders and levels of skill and experience. Our teams train one hour per week in or around Kensington/North Melbourne, and play every Saturday at the world-class Parkville Stadium.

We offer a strong and popular netball program, run by parent volunteers and involved junior coaches, and have grown from a single team in 2013 to 28 teams in 2023.

We emphasise respect, inclusion, fair play, positivity and improvement, and have worked hard to build a culture of family support and involvement.

Our families mostly come from Kensington, Flemington, North Melbourne, Footscray, Seddon, Yarraville, Maribyrnong, Ascot Vale, Parkville and Moonee Ponds.

NEW PLAYERS: The club welcomes inquiries from players of any experience level, subject to availability. To inquire, please use our online contact form. Seasons begin in February and July.

* 17&U teams currently play Tuesday nights at Riverside Courts in Ascot Vale, as do some high-level 15&U teams on Thursday nights, rather than at Parkville Stadium.
