NAIDOC Week 2-9 July 2017 – Our Languages Matter

FJSC will be celebrating our indigenous players in the Under 9s , Under 12 girls and Under 15 girls’ teams to acknowledge NAIDOC week. Show your support by attending these games to cheer on our outstanding players.

18 May 2017 – Congratulations to Emma Kearney our U12 Girls’ coach!!!!

Congratulations from everyone at FJSC to midfielders Ellie Blackburn and Emma Kearney (both MUGARS) who have been named joint-winners of the inaugural Western Bulldogs AFLW best & fairest award in a thrilling count at Crown on Thursday night!!

10 May 2017 – Kangaroos get a run for their money by U9 Gold and Blue teams

Some hard questions were asked of the NMFC players who were fantastic enough to help with training our U9 footy teams.

The WRFL Footy Show headed down to JJ Holland Park for the Round 1 Under-12 Girls match between the Flemington Juniors and Point Cook. Check out some of the highlights from the match, plus we meet the Heartland Award winner and speak to the Flemington Juniors coach Mary Edmonds about their goals for 2017 season. WRFL Footy Show

2 April 2017 – Jumper Presentation

Respected footballer Meg Hutchins handed out jumpers to our 2017 players and stayed to answer questions after the presentation. Thanks Meg. It made the day special for all that attended.

26 March 2017 – Auskick Half-time at Etihad Stadium

Our Under 9 Blue and Gold teams were able to experience running on at half time at Etihad Stadium. It was a real thrill for all the kids who ran on. Thank you to all our helpers which made the day very special.
